Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ROV Base Manager located in Doha, Qatar. As a ROV Base Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) base, ensuring efficient and safe management of ROV activities. This includes coordinating with project teams, managing ROV personnel, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will also involve liaising with clients, providing technical expertise, and implementing quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ROV operations and personnel
• Strong knowledge of Triton and SAAB Seaeye ROV systems and equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the marine industry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with geophysics and seismic services is a plus
• Bachelor\\\'s degree in a relevant field
